LOGO/ARTWORK EMBROIDERY:

Embroidery digitizing means converting your logo/artwork file to an.EMB (Embroidery) File. These are machine-readable files from which the embroidery machine reads the image.

FEES:

- Each logo/artwork requires a flat embroidery digitizing fee of $10.

- You can buy your one-time embroidery digitizing fee here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1626297263

- The embroidery digitizing fee is not required for text embroidery if you use our fonts shown in the listing.

- The digitizing fee is a one-time payment per logo/artwork (NOT PER ITEM) and you won’t pay the fee for future orders using the same design!

- You can waive the digitizing fee when you order 3 or more garments including hats, visors, polos, t-shirts, pullovers, sweatshirts, aprons, and other apparel from our shop or if we have your logo in our file. Towels and aprons are not eligible for waiving the digitizing fee.

- Please send your logo/artwork to birchmood(at)gmail.com. The vector format is the best (.ai or .eps). If you don't have that, high-resolution .png or .jpg works at times.


TEXT EMBROIDERY:

- Please choose from the embroidery fonts shown in the listing photos. Please be sure to scroll through!

- Please type the text EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your garment - the more characters you have on each line, the smaller your text will be.

- For monograms, write the letters in the order you want to see them embroidered.

- Please specify font and thread color choices. If nothing is specified, we will choose the ones that look best to us.

LOGO/DESIGN/TEXT SIZING:

- We size your design so that it best fits your garment.

- If you require a specific size, please let us know and we will advise you on the best outcomes.

- For Left Chest or Right Chest, if you have text longer than 10 characters, please split them into up to 3 lines.

COLOR MATCHING:

- We will try our best to match your logo/artwork colors to thread colors. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be an exact match.

MOCK-UPS/PREVIEWS OF THE DESIGN:

- WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOCK-UPS/PREVIEWS BEFORE YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED! AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED WE TYPICALLY PROVIDE MOCK-UPS FOR YOUR APPROVAL WITHIN 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

- We do not provide mock-ups/previews for text-only embroidery designs.

    Average:

    Items never came- Messaged seller prior to ordering to confirm delivery date wouldn't be an issue (3 weeks notice) Said it wouldn't be a problem, followed up a week after ordering, response time was slow but said he'd ship it out. Tracking never updated, reached out again after another week had passed for a follow up but seller claims he shipped it out & USPS lost it. Asked for new shirts to be made, and started to not get any response. Etsy issued a refund.


    Made an excellent gift and arrived on time.
