- Please send your logo/artwork/design to birchmood(at)gmail.com. Please make sure your image/artwork/design is high-resolution (300 dpi is the best). We accept almost all types of files including AI. PSD. PNG. CDR. SVG. EPS. PDF.
- We can provide a digitizing service if you need to vectorize (for better quality, for high resolution, and transparent background) your logo/artwork/design. (Additional fee apply)
TEXT PRINTING:
- Please choose from the embroidery fonts shown in the listing photos. Please be sure to scroll through all 10 images on the listing.
- Please type the text EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your garment - the more characters you have on each line, the smaller your text will be.
- For monograms, write the letters in the order you want to see them embroidered on your garment. For 3-letter monograms, for example, if you send us the letters MVP then MVP will be embroidered on your garment. Providing the full first, middle, and last names is not necessary or helpful. We just need to know the letters in the correct order as it should appear on your garment.
- Please specify font choices. If nothing is specified, we will choose the ones that look best to us, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges!
LOGO/DESIGN/TEXT SIZING:
- We size your design so that it best fits your garment.
- If you require a specific size, please let us know and we will advise you on the best outcomes.
- For the Left Chest or Right Chest, if you have text longer than 10 characters, please split them into up to 3 lines.
COLOR MATCHING:
- We will try our best to match your logo/artwork colors to thread colors. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be an exact match.
MOCK-UPS/PREVIEWS OF THE DESIGN:
- WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOCK-UPS/PREVIEWS BEFORE YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED! AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, WE TYPICALLY PROVIDE MOCK-UPS FOR YOUR APPROVAL WITHIN 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

IMPORTANT:
• Etsy provides “estimated delivery dates” (see image below) and these are not guaranteed for 3rd party standard shipping and priority shipping for example USPS and UPS.
• Furthermore, upgraded shipping options at checkout do not change the processing time it takes to create your items.
• If you need your items by a certain date, please message us before placing your order.
