2- Important order tracking information regarding USPS: Once Etsy tracking information shows that your order has shipped via USPS, if you do not see movement on your tracking in 1 to 2 business days, please contact USPS directly, not us. I ordered these as part of my bridesmaid proposal gifts and the bridesmaids and they turned out great. I unfortunately only carefully looked at the few towels on top of the pile when I received them, but as I was packaging my boxes I realized one of them was sent to me with a misspelling. I should’ve realized this sooner, so part of the timing pressure is a fault of my own. However, I reached out about the issue on August 1st and have received little communication and still have no towel for this bridesmaid (24 days later). The customer service has been very disappointing and is leaving me in a bind with timing of my bridesmaid gifts. Update: after posting this, I was provided an update and my replacement shipped shortly thereafter. The lack of communication throughout the process, however, prevents me from giving 5 🌟

Nice product, they smelled a little like the manufacturer of the towels when they got here but washed right out.
