Since it is considered more luxurious, extremely absorbent and softer than other cotton, you will pay quite a bit more for their products, but their durability and smooth textures may be worth the higher price. Besides, Turkish cotton is incredibly soft and it possesses and natural sheen that cannot be matched by other cottons without a lot of processing. Some color of towel will look shiny on the Turkish towel. Turkish cotton is the best washed in warm water using half the amount of a gentle detergent recommended. Bleach will make the white towels harder hand feel. Fabric softener will actually decrease the absorbency of the towel, so avoid using fabric softener.

I accidentally ordered two sets of two rags but both sets turned out great. The second one was running behind but it is the holiday season and I didn’t realize I ordered it again anyway but I’m happy to have them all. Great quality and it is just as described

One washcloths was incorrectly monogrammed. I was told a new wash cloth would be sent but I never received it. Was tood UPS must have lost the order. Told again by customer service a new washcloth would go out and I'd receive a new tracking number the same day but never received anything.

Item is fine, however customer service is absolutely abominable. After the latest date when the item was supposed to arrive had passed, and the item still had not shipped, I sent the seller a message. I NEVER heard back from them however the item shipped the next day. Clearly there is a reason the towel is so cheap, save your money and support a small business that actually deserves it.

The item took significantly longer than was estimated on the app, so I was unable to give it to my friend when she visited me. However, it looks beautiful and without that hiccup my review would be 5 stars.
