I placed my order on 12/2 for four personalized towels, which were intended for my daughter’s 12th birthday yoga party. Before I ordered, I had specifically asked if the towels could arrive by December 12th and the response was yes. Unfortunately, despite the package being shipped, it has not arrived, and my daughter's party has already passed. When I tracked the package, I noticed that it is still at a postal facility in Florida, and it has yet to reach me. While I appreciate that the towels were shipped, it seems that USPS was not the most reliable shipping option for timely delivery. In situations where timely delivery is critical, services like UPS or FedEx may provide better reliability. Due to the delay, I had to scramble and purchase alternative items locally for the party, which was a stressful and unexpected expense
