Ordering was very easy and the instructions to do so was simple and understandable. The letter stitching is high quality and professional. The towels are of typical quality in terms of durability and softness. I ordered 3 sets of the face, hand, and bath towels sets as Christmas gifts and they all came neatly folded with all correct colors and spelling. Overall very happy with this purchase and the gift recipients loved them as well!

Not worth it. Took forever to get the item. I sent a text right after I order to make sure the names were correct on the towels. Sell confirmed. When I finally got the items the one was wrong. He offered to replace the wrong one and said to keep it. I haven’t heard anything from him since that and it’s been two weeks already.
